2 July  |  London

The aim of the workshop is to bring together domain experts, technology experts and policy makers to scope how and where AI technology is being applied to the climate crisis, identify concrete opportunities for short and medium term impact, and scale up cross-sector collaboration.

Carbon Tracker’s Head of Power & Utilities, Matthew Gray, will talk about how to measure World’s Power Plant Emissions from Space.

This event is organised by AI for Good, a dedicated group within Element AI, an AI software product company founded in 2016 and head-quarterd in Montreal. The AI for Good team is based in London and is predominantly a group of research and software engineers focused on bringing expertise in machine learning to help solve human rights and environmental problems using computer vision applications and natural language processing.
